Dashitai was born January 5, 1982 en Tegucigalpa, Honduras. The artist/producer first hit the music scene in 2001 making reggaeton beats and co-producing DJ SYâs first records. Dashitai studied at Berklee College of Music where he immersed himself in audio production studies and since then has worked with a number of artists and producers in reggaeton as well Hip-Hop, R&B artists and rock bands.

Dashitai just dropped âArea 504â his most awaited album of 2006. The album where Dashitai makes his debut as solo artist contains 17 tracks and includes hits like âMe Gusta el Pariâ, âMe Provocasâ and âMi Camelloâ among others. All songs were produced and recorded by Dashitai in M.O.B. Studios in San Pedro Sula, Honduras and features artists such as DJ SY, Allan V, Chapa, Josh Di Brasco, Sherry & Sheila and Javi Queso among others.

Along with âArea 504â, Dashitai has recorded and collaborated on 4 albums with long time friend and producer/artist DJ SY as well as DJ Blass, Alberto Stylee, and others. The talented producer co-produced the album âDoggystyle Sexxxâ and âEl Mensajeroâ which took DJ SY to the top of the charts with his song âEl Misterioâ. Dashitaiâs unique blend of reggaeton mixed with hip hop and electronic sounds has gotten his music and beats played on radios stations and clubs all around Latin America.

Dashitai has a long history touring and in 2003-04 the âGira Tumbowâ tour took Dashi to countless cities in Honduras, Central America and the United States. With the launching of âArea 504â (Hondurasâs area code), Dashitai plans to go places where reggaeton hasnât been heard yet making fans all around the world.

Dashitai currently is promoting his new material and plans a promotional tour of âArea 504â taking Honduran reggaeton to the masses. The acceptance of his fans and the media has been enormous, which has motivated Dashitai to keep on sharing his talent with us and producing his next record. The sky is the limit for this artist/producer and Dashi plans to get as far as he can. Currently is featuring in and producing a remix for Estefano (famous latin producer and songwriter launching his new album). More of Dashitai soon.

Dashitai nació el 5 de Enero en Tegucigalpa, Honduras. El productor/artista se dio a conocer en 2002 trabajando con DJ SY como productor de reggaeton y cantante. Dashitai estudio en Berklee College of Music donde se desenvolvió en producción de audio y desde entonces ha trabajado con un sin fin de artistas y productores de reggaeton entre otros géneros como rock, pop, hip hop, y R&B.

Dashitai acaba de lanzar el disco mas esperado del 2006 âArea 504â.
