Angel Tech are Neil, Tim and Doug from Bristol UK.

This is Angel Techâs second album, recorded and produced by the band in true DIY style in various studios, bedrooms, basements & public places all over the UK. Their first, recorded at Peter Gabrielâs Real World studios in 1999 has yet to be released. Back then, the band were signed to Chris Blackwellâs âPalm Picturesâ label and, along with Coldplay were touted by the NME as âthe next big thingâ of 2000. During this time Angel Tech showcased at SXSW in the US, released two sell-out E.Pâs, âThe Angel Tech Geometry Setâ and âConstellation Songsâ and completed two successful UK tours. The band also composed and toured a live soundtrack to Fritz Langâs classic black & white movie âMetropolisâ to rave reviews.

Neil, Doug & Tim have now set up their own record label âBrain-gelâ through which they can release their own material on their own terms, as well as putting out music by other artists. Brain-gel has secured the rights to the first Angel Tech album, which will be released sometime soon, so watch this space...
