Gilbert Yslas discovered the love of music at the age of five.
In grammar school his father gave a strong discipline ethic
in that his love to play baseball had to wait until he had practiced his music. This would be the discipline to open the door to Gil’s gift when he picked up the guitar.
Years later Gil is actively working as a full time musician in the greater Seattle area. He is a versatile guitarist, producer,songwriter, and engineer. He is currently working as a session guitarists producing music for himself
as well as independent album projects. He has also done
TV and DVD productions providing original compositions for
private companies.
He has released many albums throughout the years. He was
also CEO of his company Sundown Records for over 10 years.
