KC Booker is also known as Kelleth Chinn, the singer/songwriter of European success story Big Soul. KC Booker and Big Soul were discovered when a French tourist bought a homemade CD at the Whisky-A-Go in LA. The CD found its way into the hands of a Parisian DJ, and two executives from Sony Music heard it in his club. KC Booker and Big Soul were signed to a licensing deal, and soon thereafter they were stars in Europe with a gold record.
