Trained at the prestigious Berklee School of Music, Tim’s willingness to explore beyond traditional boundaries and follow the muse where it leads has resulted in music of haunting originality that is winning fans and airplay worldwide. Tim has eight recording projects to his credit, including work with Hafez Modirzadeh, Gail Dobson and Dann Zinn.

Tim is a frequent clinician / teacher for the Jazzschool at Berkeley, California, in addition to workshops at Stanford University, Cal State Hayward, Central Oregon Community College at Bend, Oregon, Mesa College and Grand Canyon University in Arizona. In 1987, Tim received the Outstanding Achievement Award for teaching Jazz Studies classes at Sierra Nevada College in Lake Tahoe.
