Grand Prize was awarded to Tamara Madison Shaw. Tamara is an award winning poet and a "melodic word vocalist" who has toured most recently in Europe. Her works have appeared in numerous publications, and she has received support from the National Endowment for the Arts, as well as the Rockefeller and Warhol Foundations.
