Tessa Drummond music ranges from her unique folk songwriting to acoustic pop-rock with electronic . Influences can be drawn from Tori Amos, Suzanne Vega, Joni Mitchell and Kate Bush. Tessa’s inimitable style, touching lyrics and intimate voice are both unique and edgy.

Her debut album "Days like this" is the result of a development of Tessa’s songwriting she made at home in Auckland with her acoustic guitar during the years 2000-2002. The sound floats on smooth alternative pop-rock production with guitars, strings, electronic beats, experimental sounds and african percussion .

The album was recorded at Le Bozze studios in Tuscany (Italy) by producer-musician Filippo Gaetani helped by Sandro Ferrini. It features, among the other talented musicians, electronic music artist Eraldo Bernocchi, programmer Roberto Federighi, NZ programmer/composer Neil Williamson and talented drummer Walter Paoli.
