Shannon Karen, is a Singer/Songwriter, born & raised in Southern California.
She grew up playing the piano in Bach & Contemporary festivals, writing poetry and doing art. Shannon’s debut album, "Marks On My Heart" is a blend of all of her passions. "All of my interests came together and the songs just started pouring out. I was also fortunate to work with (producer, arranger) Guy Thomas, a great musician, who co-produced the album. Guy just knew where I wanted to go with the songs and his production skills brought a high level of quality to this project."

Shannon’s style has been described as a cross between Sarah Mclachlan & Joni Mitchell. A few of her influences are:
Peter Gabriel, Sting, ColdPlay & The Beatles.

Shannon is currently producing her second album.
