Pete Charles the lead vocalist for Ridin’ High has performed, and recorded with, and "opened" for some of country music’s greatest talents - Buck Owens, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Patsy Montana, Johnny Rodriguez, Sheb Wooly, The Sons of the Pioneers, Kitty Wells, Jeannie C. Riley and Barbara Fairchild.

His list of accomplishments include concert and nightclub performances throughout Europe, Canada, and the U.S. He was a member of "Crazy Horse" (Neil Young’s Band) and the "Coasters". He produced the original studio tape for mother/daughter country duo the Judds ("Early Sessions"- amazon.com) and also produced an album of his own "Rockin’ the Country". Pete’s original song "Rodeo-It’s A Matter Of Style" is currently signed with Goodnight Kiss Music in Hollywood.

The Ridin’ High Band (Pete Charles, Renee Chambers, Vicki Wicks) recently finished an all original CD, "Pete Charles & Ridin’ High Greatest Hits Vol. 1".
