Low Earth Orbit is a band for the new millenium! Including New School Metal and Rock with an Old School Twist! The guys have just finished recording their new cd at Nightsong Studios , Knoxville,TN. with Anthony Mcbrayer and Jesse Jones co- producing the cd titled
"Pushed".

Low Earth Orbit began as the musical vision of guitarist/songwriter Anthony Mcbrayer in 2000. after starting out, under a different name went thru several line-ups before their present line-up. with new drummer Dan Milas on drums (from Chicago) and Knoxvillian Josh Calhoun on vocals everything began to change.

It only seemed right to change the name states Mcbrayer , we tryed really hard to make things work with our old line up but the pieces didn’t fit. Once Dan came into the camp everything changed he made it fun to play and write again!

We have been talking with Mike Allen (CEO) of Maniac Records I really feel like the future holds so much in store for us!We couldn’t have even imagined!!!

You know in the previous line-up we rehersed 5 times a week! We are no stranger to hard work and a little DIY,and to this day we hold true to that ethic. I think alot of heads will be turned with this music! The people who have supported us , and
the people we have lost along the way.Makes me feel like anything is possible. With the scene opening up in our hometown of Knoxville the way it has,people like Renee’ at knoxshows.com,Mike Gibson at the Metro Pulse. It would seem the sky is the limit for us.

Low Earth Orbit’s new cd "Pushed" being released on March the 13th 2003. Followed by 3 to 4 shows a week thru August
can only make me beleive that 2003 will be a huge year for L.E.O.
an appearance at this years Indie Sessions w/ Inside Connection Music Magazine,2 showcases in Nashville,TN slated. We really hope to imact the scene regionally and nationally this year.

UPDATE:
As of today march the 2nd 2003 we have had over 26,000 hits to our website which has only been up for 1 month and 2 days ! We are at The Stoned Monkey in Huntington,WV April the 19th and in Chicago on April the 24th , we will return to Knoxville,TN for our cd release party on May 3rd at Patrick Sullivan’s in the old city. We have been busy this month preping for the road and actually writing a ton of new material! It would seem that Mcbrayer has broken down that proverbal wall on the guitar again,so.... things look great for the road! And for all those people who don’t know who Mr. Mcbrayer is,dubbed the "Mr. Anger" on the guitar will no doubt be turning a few heads this time around! So if there is anyone in doubt buy the cd and see what the hype is about!
