This original sampler CD, Livin Out Loud: Then and Now-Sampler, has five tracks from the full CD and a bonus track from the debut Livin Out Loud CD.

The sampler displays insight into the direction of the group with four cuts, "More Than A Fantasy" featuring Reuben MacCalla and "You Make Me Smile-radio version" featuring Sylvia MacCalla have been well received and enjoyed in clubs in Las Vegas. "Come On Baby" featuring Lisa LaShawn and " You Gotta Leave" featuring dMinor round out the new cuts preview and shows off the smoother side.

In addition to the preview songs from the new CD, there is one cut from each of the previous CDs. "When Can We Get Together" is the jazz/swing piece from the CD-Livin Out Loud: Live At Humphrey’s, it also appears on the Full CD. "I Wanted You To Know" is a ballad from the debut Blue CD self titled Livin Out Loud. Both of the previous CDs are available on CD Baby.
