During the interim years Scott performed with Rock, Top 40, Country, Jazz and show bands in Philadelphia, the Catskill and Pocono mountains, the Jersey Shore, Toronto, Nashville, Myrtle Beach, Jacksonville, Tampa Bay, Ft. Meyers, Naples, Daytona Beach, Key West, St Thomas(Virgin Islands),and for the past 3 years in Hawaii at Da Smoke House and the Ala Moana Hotel on Oahu.
"This superb instrumental album is driven by strong, memorable melodies and Scott’s uncanny ablilty to crossover seamlessly from traditional to smooth to fusion with finely controlled virtuosity," says Marvin Franklin (D.J. at K 108 Radio in Honolulu).
Keith toured with his jazz quartet and as a solo act in Japan and Costa Rica during the 1st half of 2005 and will return to Japan in March of 2006 with guitarist Henry Allen who is currently performing on the East Coast, mainly New York for the summer. When Scott is home in Waikiki you can find him at "Da Smoke House" on Friday and Saturday nights and with several other local bands on week nights including the PBS band and Keahi Conjugation (Hula Records).
Wayne Harada, music critic for the Honolulu Advertiser says "Keith’s interpretation of Santana’s EUROPA is inspired and right on the mark, with the flugelhorn utilized as an expressive voice. Yet this set doesn’t shout at you; it’s a gentle and relaxing excursion into the soul of a committed musician."
