Craig Eakright :: craig@pathwaycommunity.org :: My primary responsibility within Pathway is to develop a vibrant (cool word, huh?) relationship with Christ so that I can then share His love with whom I come into contact. I am also responsible for the oversight of this website, development and leadership of all the Arts Teams at Pathway and bringing people into an attitude of worship on Sunday that facilitates an attitude of worship the other 6 days, 23 hours and 50 minutes of the week.

I was born here in Fort Wayne at 10:30 PM on June 10, 1965, which, I am told, technically makes me the very first Gen-Xer - as far as I know.

I am married to Jill, the most beautiful woman in the world who is constantly telling me to... "OOOh behave" and have two of the most angelic beautiful daughters on the face of this earth.

I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Purdue University. What that's got to do with what I do today is beyond me.

I watched a lot of television as a child, listened to a lot of music as an adolescent, and have dabbled in a bit of everything (within the scope of the law, of course) as an adult. I have been a Worship leader/musician for the past 9-12 years, the last six of those within a ministry called Overflo.

I became the Arts Director at Pathway on June 15, 2003, five days after my 20th birthday =).

Strengths :: I have a strong sense of smell.

Passion :: God! People! Music!

Free time activity :: What's free time...Sleeping.

Life verse :: The entire book of James. Never ceases to make me go, "Ouch!"

What brought me where I am today :: A friend invited me to church to make sense out of my then frustrating and painful life situation. The pastor was speaking on disappointment with God and that's where I was. Boy, it's been quite an adventure.

Looking ahead in my ministry :: I am so excited as I sit poised for what God has in store. I am watching people catch a fire for worshipping God and loving His people in ways that amaze me. I envision Pathway as a place where worship = an all out heart, soul, mind, strength outpouring of all we are for all He is...just as we are...all of the time!
