When he was 19, Gregg Allman appeared at the door of the San Francisco flat Christopher lived in. While traveling with the Gregg Allman Band as their guitar tech, some memorable nights were spent with Gregg playing the piano or guitar with Christopher, teaching and sharing his musical past. Twice they were able to play onstage together proving to be a profound learning experience. Around this time Christopher would also work off and on with the Jefferson Starship.
Like a sponge he has wanted to learn from all those who were willing to teach. So through the years his band members or players he has called upon to record or perform with, have included...
